What is L-theanine?
L-Theanine is a patented form of the amino acid theanine. Like GABA, theanine is a nonproteinogenic amino acid. In terms of structure, it is very similar to glutamine.
Theanine is found naturally in the leaves of teas such as black, green and especially white tea. It is largely responsible for the characteristic taste of tea. The amount of theanine contained in a cup of tea depends on the type of tea used.
Theanine is available in supplement form as L-theanine and Suntheanine®. This supplement is a 100% pure L-theanine isomer. The opposite enantiomer, D-theanine, does not occur in nature.
L-Theanine is internationally protected by more than 40 different patents and guarantees theanine extract of consistent quality and quantity. For this, L-theanine has been awarded various prizes worldwide.
Dosage
1-3 capsule(s) daily with meals. Adhere to the recommended dosage.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. Would you like to order something and have it delivered to another country? Then contact us for the possibilities!
When will my order be shipped?
For orders placed before noon, we try to process and ship the same day. So delivery will usually be 1-2 business days later. Do you place an order over the weekend? Then we will process it the next business day.
We ship with PostNL and upon shipment you will receive a track & trace code from us so you can track your package.
If you are not at home, the parcel will be offered again. It will then be delivered to a pick-up location.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands we use 2 different shipping rates €4,95 for a package €2,95 for products that fit through the mailbox, such as books. FREE shipping for orders over €40,-.
In Belgium, shipping costs are €4.95 for a book and €6.95 for a package.
In Europe, shipping costs are €12.95.
Outside Europe, shipping costs are €24.95.
Are you ordering a book and something else from the store? Then it will be sent together as a parcel.
Can I return my order?
Return conditions
You have the right to revoke the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period expires 14 days after the day you take physical possession of the good.
