Why Charlotte Labee Supplements?
Thanks to the various challenges in my life, I finally found the mission I am here on earth for. There have been great highs that have made me the person I am today. But life also had big lows. The year 2017 became my turning point. I sought balance with a focus on happiness and health. My exploration led me to the secrets of the human brain and with this my mission began. I developed the Brain Balance Method, developing an approach that helps people get out of their fixed, existing patterns and achieve goals with a new mindset. To complement this, I developed Charlotte Labee Supplements. I discovered that due to today's society, the food industry can no longer provide us with everything our bodies need. The reasons for this include the following:

- Processed foods provide fewer nutrients.
- Agricultural practices impoverish the soil.
- Food is being produced less locally.
- Hormonal imbalance is on the rise.
- We spend less time in the sun.
- Free radicals in our environment are increasing.

High quality supplements
Do you want to buy good quality supplements? In our webshop you will find nutritional supplements that I have carefully developed for their high quality and bioavailability. With each supplement you can read a detailed description, so you know exactly what the product does and whether it meets your requirements.
Each supplement is uniquely formulated. We therefore have a wide choice of good basic supplements, such as Omega 3, vitamin C, magnesium using only these pure ingredients. We also put together formulas that work in a particular area, such as the menstrual formula. For each product we look at what ingredients are needed to get the absorption as good and high as possible. We choose capsules made from rice for almost all supplements, which are well dissolved in stomach acid. Then the active ingredients are released, and we do not use unnecessary excipients.
The ingredients that grow naturally are organic. Some ingredients are synthetic so that they are better absorbed by our body. This is because our body is also a chemical factory where cofactors are needed to better process a substance in our body. All of our supplements are 100% natural.
Sustainability
We only work with suppliers who value sustainability. This includes sustainability from the ingredients, to the production process and ultimately the packaging of the products. The guiding principle is to deliver a high quality, high value product to your home.
We choose glass packaging for almost all products, or when this is not possible, BPA-free packaging. Dark, glass packaging ensures a longer shelf life for the product. This way, the ingredients are not affected by light.
Unfortunately, we cannot reuse glass jars used for our supplements if they have already contained supplements. This is because then the labels must first be removed and the inside re-sterilized. It is a more sustainable process to recycle the glass.
Personal advice
For supplements, one size does not fit all. Also, "if it doesn't help, it doesn't hurt," doesn't apply. Every body and brain has different needs and different nutrients per period.
