Like the box. I put my supplements in it for the whole week and then know exactly if I took them all.
Use it daily for an extra resistance boost and for my skin. Nice that they are capsules, also to preserve your smoothie with.
I normally use the oil, but these are really nice for on the go. I especially like that everything is in a glass dark jar against oxidation.
This fish oil is the better among all others, good to drink away and doesn't taste gross, the previous one always burps me up but not this one.
