Purchased the cocoa mix for the first time and the taste is beyond expectations.
I first mix with water to a paste.
Then I add warm almond milk and a scoop of honey , bought from a beekeeper.
Then sip by sip enjoy!!!

Very nice package with nice pace, right background music/sound and nice voice. Several meditations that are nice to take a moment to reflect on yourself. Not too short and not too long. I get up with it and go to bed with it.

Have been taking this collagen mixed in with my homemade morning smoothies or yogurt for over 2 years now and am really super happy with it...sometimes I run out and forget to order and then I quickly notice that I get pimples again and my nails get more brittle...I am 40 years old now and my skin is still tight and glowy....

Is a book that reads well. Are things that are so recognizable. And it contains exercises you can apply. But I'm just over halfway through. So can't give a full review yet.
Fine pills (a bit on the large side though). I don't suffer from this myself but I can imagine them being a bit on the large side for some people. Come in a glass jar instead of plastic. Super!

I was afraid of the taste but this mix is very nice. i notice i am more alert and sharp and it warms me up.
Since using the supplement, I notice that my sugar levels are significantly more stable. I suffer much less from binge eating. I do not experience any side effects, the capsules are easy to swallow.
