Why supplement advice?

Would you like to start taking supplements to support your health but aren't sure where to start? You can now call one of our therapists for comprehensive advice on supplements.

Before the conversation you fill out an intake form in which you indicate your possible complaints, wishes and other medication. The therapist will go through this and discuss it with you in a telephone conversation of about 15 minutes, in which you can immediately ask all your questions. You can easily request the telephone consultation via our client portal. After the conversation the therapist will make a report and you will receive a detailed advice that same day in your client portal.

You pay €29.95 once for the advice, but get €15.95 of it back when you buy supplements.

Please allow 1 business day processing time when scheduling so that the therapist can properly prepare for the interview.

Cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the appointment due to availability. Rescheduling the appointment is possible up to 72 hours in advance.

* Note: Would you like to request multiple supplement recommendations at the same time? Make sure you request them in a separate order with a different e-mail address. You can fill out one intake form per e-mail address. You will then receive an intake form on both emails.

What happens after scheduling my appointment?

At the time you book a telephone supplement consultation, the process is as follows:

Step 1: Check our calendar to see what time you would like to schedule your telephone supplement consultation with one of our therapists (15 min).

Step 2: After scheduling the appointment, you will receive a confirmation email giving you access to our online client environment.

Step 3: You will receive your online questionnaire with questions about your diet, sleep and lifestyle.

Step 4: Complete this questionnaire completely and honestly before the appointment takes place.

Step 5: The therapists go over your intake form before the phone consultation to prepare for the interview.

Step 6: At the time of your appointment, your therapist will call you and give you advice over the phone about what is best for you regarding supplements.

Step 7: After the consultation, you will also receive your advice digitally via the client environment. In this is added your unique discount code with which you can place your order and redeem your discount worth €15,95!
