  • 2 apples 
  • Coconut yogurt
  • Peanut butter or nut butter 
  • Dark chocolate, melted
  • Red fruit 
  • Various toppings such as puffed quinoa, cacao nibs or almond shavings

How do you make these apple doughnuts?

  1. Remove the core from the apples and then cut them into slices about half an inch thick;
  2. Spread apple slices with coconut yogurt, peanut butter or dark chocolate and top with red fruit and other toppings;
  3. Decorate with some additional melted dark chocolate if desired and enjoy!
