Door dit boek heb ik een hoop inspiratie gekregen in de diverse ingrediënten die je in een smoothie kan verwerken. Door de recepten krijg je een hoop groente binnen.

Veel recepten en veel info

Sommige smoothies zijn wat wennen ☺️, maar de bijbehorende info maakt het heel interessant. Op deze manier is het leuk en gezond nieuwe smaken te ontdekken!

Echt een leuk boek!

Op een leuke en makkelijke manier krijg je zo lekker veel groente binnen! Het boek heeft er echt voor gezorgd dat we ons bewuster zijn geworden van onze groente inname. Ook erg leuk dat op iedere pagina feitjes staan over de groente soort die verwerkt is in de smoothie!

Fijne inspiratie

Een goede leidraad voor hele fijne smoothie’s die ook nog eens lekker smaken. Natuurlijk is het maar wat je smaak is, maar juist doordat er veel variaties in staan is het boek voor iedereen wel interessant. En ook de informatie die gegeven wordt is super interessant en daardoor ga je ook anders naar voeding kijken.
