What is cocoa mix?

Operation Cocoa powder is derived from cocoa beans. This cacao is 100% organic. Cacao is rich in antioxidants of copper and manganese. It is also rich in magnesium, iron, phosphorus and potassium. Added to this is a mushroom blend, maca extract and Brazilian ginseng. Mushrooms are widely used by the indigenous tribes of Central America.

The cocoa comes from a supplier who buys it from local farmers from Ecuador (bitter), Ghana (fruity) and Ivory Coast (really chocolate-like). Since it is a natural crop, the flavor of the beans varies. A blend is made of beans from the three aforementioned countries to create the ultimate flavor.

I am using it for the first time. I had to get used to the taste because I expected more choco. But it is tasty. I expect this to give me more rest and focus during the day and keep me feeling fit. And I like the variety with matcha.

Delicious mix! A fine taste. I make this in the evening as a substitute for a cup of coffee. I mix the mix with warm water, a spoonful of honey, cinnamon and finally add warm oat milk. A nice ending to the day.

I have been taking fish oil for years.
Used to have a lot of restlessness with sleeping and concentration. Due to autism and that in turn was due to a food intolerance to msg mono sodium glutamate which is in at least other ingredients. Didn't know that in my childhood. Fish oil was a great savior then. Better than taking medication.
Now I eat as little msg containing producted as possible but fish oil is still faithfully in the cupboard. The only supplement I use. I also think of the environment so prefer a glass jar and cardboard box. Now another lid. Is it from good is. That hasn't been fished in a farm or with scrapping nets across the sea floor. I hope so. Anyway, my nights are peaceful and I concentrate well at work, while driving and in social settings. Thanks to good old fish oil.
