What is L-Lysine?
L-Lysine is an essential amino acid, which means that our body cannot produce this substance itself but we depend on food to do so. L-Lysine is mainly found in animal proteins, such as meat and dairy products. Should you not take it in your daily diet, it may be fine to supplement it.
Precursor of L-Carnitine
L-Lysine is also a precursor to L-Carnitine, a semi-essential amino acid that can therefore only be partially obtained from food. This amino acid is also mainly found in animal products.
Addition of vitamin C
In addition to L-Lysine, this supplement also contains Vitamin C. Vitamin C has many benefits, such as immune system support. Since we are also completely dependent on food for vitamin C, supplementation is a great addition when you cannot get everything from your diet.
Dosage
1-2 capsule(s) daily half an hour before meals. Adhere to the recommended dosage.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. Would you like to order something and have it delivered to another country? Then contact us for the possibilities!
When will my order be shipped?
For orders placed before noon, we try to process and ship the same day. So delivery will usually be 1-2 business days later. Do you place an order over the weekend? Then we will process it the next business day.
We ship with PostNL and upon shipment you will receive a track & trace code from us so you can track your package.
If you are not at home, the parcel will be offered again. It will then be delivered to a pick-up location.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands we use 2 different shipping rates €4,95 for a package €2,95 for products that fit through the mailbox, such as books. FREE shipping for orders over €40,-.
In Belgium, shipping costs are €4.95 for a book and €6.95 for a package.
In Europe, shipping costs are €12.95.
Outside Europe, shipping costs are €24.95.
Are you ordering a book and something else from the store? Then it will be sent together as a parcel.
Can I return my order?
Return conditions
You have the right to revoke the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period expires 14 days after the day you take physical possession of the good.
