For the past 3 months you have been working with our supplements after receiving your personal supplement recommendation from one of our therapists. We are of course curious to know how it went and if your needs have changed. It may be that you now use supplements which are no longer relevant for you because your symptoms have diminished or disappeared, or you use supplements whose dosage can be adjusted. In addition, the needs of your body may change seasonally. We find it a pity that you continue to use supplements unnecessarily when they are no longer relevant for you, for that reason we offer follow-up supplements advice, so that one of our therapists can make a new appropriate advice for you.
The process at the time you buy supplement advice looks the same as the previous supplement advice, it goes as follows:
- After ordering the supplements advice you will receive an e-mail containing an online questionnaire about your diet, sleep, lifestyle and in this you can also indicate how you have been doing over the past 3 months.
- Please complete this questionnaire fully, honestly and as completely as possible for the best possible advice.
- After filling out the questionnaire, our therapists will receive your application and start working on it.
- Within 3 - 5 business days you will receive your new personalized re-counseling digitally from one of our therapists*.
- You'll know exactly which supplements are the best support for you right now (next 12 weeks) based on your stated needs or symptoms*.
- Added to the advice is your unique discount code that you can use to place your order and redeem your discount worth €15.95 ! *Not in combination with other promotions and/or offers.
- After 3 months, you can request a new consultation so that together we continue to respond to the needs of your body.
* Note: Would you like to request a supplement consultation twice? Then create two separate orders. You will then receive an intake form on both emails.
*We may recommend different supplements for you in the new supplement recommendation than in the previous recommendation. In that case, you can of course use up or save the supplements.
* Health claim pending European approval. Due to regulations, we are not allowed to communicate everything about how our supplements work. This means that the information on our website or in this advisory may be limited

Where do you deliver?
We deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. Would you like to order something and have it delivered to another country? Then contact us for the possibilities!
When will my order be shipped?
For orders placed before noon, we try to process and ship the same day. So delivery will usually be 1-2 business days later. Do you place an order over the weekend? Then we will process it the next business day.
We ship with PostNL and upon shipment you will receive a track & trace code from us so you can track your package.
If you are not at home, the parcel will be offered again. It will then be delivered to a pick-up location.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands we use 2 different shipping rates €4,95 for a package €2,95 for products that fit through the mailbox, such as books. FREE shipping for orders over €40,-.
In Belgium, shipping costs are €4.95 for a book and €6.95 for a package.
In Europe, shipping costs are €12.95.
Outside Europe, shipping costs are €24.95.
Are you ordering a book and something else from the store? Then it will be sent together as a parcel.
Can I return my order?
Return conditions
You have the right to revoke the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period expires 14 days after the day you take physical possession of the good.
