What is vitamin K2/D3?

Action Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that is important for the absorption of calcium from food. In doing so, it contributes to the maintenance of strong bones and teeth. The vitamin is also involved in proper muscle and immune system function and has a beneficial effect on the cell division process. The most important source of vitamin D is undoubtedly sunlight. We can also get vitamin D from food. Our bodies can benefit from vitamin D supplementation. The most active form of vitamin D is vitamin D3. This supplement also contains vitamin K2.

Dosage

5 drops per day. Stick to the recommended dosage. Your dosage depends on whether you take other supplements that include vitamin D3. Maximum daily amount of vitamin D3 is 75 micrograms per day.

Children between 3 and 12 years 1 drop per day, max 5 days per week. From 12 years onwards, 3 to 5 drops per day.

Time of intake: evening. 🌙 Take with a high-fat meal.
