Granola is always a good idea. Easy to make, you can vary it endlessly and it makes your house smell delicious!
And this time we are happy to share a new recipe with you, namely a winter healthy granola with orange and rosemary! Definitely worth making!
What do you need for this healthy granola?
Ingredients for 1 full weck jar:
- 200 gr mixed nuts
- 60 gr mixed seeds and kernels
- 140 gr oatmeal
- Juice of 2 oranges
- Grater of 0.5 orange
- 2 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp. honey
- Pinch of salt
How do you make this healthy granola?

Preheat the oven to 165 degrees and line a baking sheet with baking paper;

Finely chop half of the nuts, leaving the rest a bit coarse for a nice bite;

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil, coconut oil, honey and the juice of the oranges;

Now mix all the ingredients together well (be careful, the mixture from the pan is hot) and spread it on the baking sheet;

Place the baking sheet in the oven for about 45 minutes, flipping the granola several times in between;

Let the granola cool completely and store in a sealed jar!
