Breakfast recipe: healthy granola with orange and rosemary

Granola is always a good idea. Easy to make, you can vary it endlessly and it makes your house smell delicious!

And this time we are happy to share a new recipe with you, namely a winter healthy granola with orange and rosemary! Definitely worth making!

What do you need for this healthy granola?

Ingredients for 1 full weck jar:

  • 200 gr mixed nuts
  • 60 gr mixed seeds and kernels
  • 140 gr oatmeal
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • Grater of 0.5 orange
  • 2 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • Pinch of salt

How do you make this healthy granola?

Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees and line a baking sheet with baking paper;
  2. Finely chop half of the nuts, leaving the rest a bit coarse for a nice bite;
  3. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil, coconut oil, honey and the juice of the oranges;
  4. Now mix all the ingredients together well (be careful, the mixture from the pan is hot) and spread it on the baking sheet;
  5. Place the baking sheet in the oven for about 45 minutes, flipping the granola several times in between;
  6. Let the granola cool completely and store in a sealed jar!
