We are given space to return to stillness, turn inward and observe more. It gets colder, the days get darker, nature shows its beautiful warm colors and the trees release their leaves. Is it raining? Put on your hooded boots and bring your biggest umbrella and sniff the wonderful smells. Extra tip: go pick apples and pears somewhere and turn them into delicious warming baked goods!

Motion

Even in autumn, it is important to keep moving well, but adapt your exercise as much as possible, to the energy of this season. Choose quieter forms of exercise such as yoga, tai chi, walking and swimming.

Stimulate your mind

If you did choose to stay home and enjoy a nice cup of tea in front of the fireplace, use this time of reflection to nourish your spirit. Read inspirational books, meditate regularly and seek connection with nature. This will help you stay in tune with the natural energies of autumn.
