What is omega 3 fish oil?

Dosage

Use during or after a meal. Measuring spoon (5ml) is included. You calculate your personal intake per day with this formula: 0.15 ml omega 3 oil x kilo body weight. Children over 3 years: 1 measuring spoon of 5ml. Stick to the recommended dosage.
Moment of intake: with meals.
