What is omega 3 fish oil?

Omega 3 has enormous benefits. In fact, going back in evolution, we see that the human brain went through a tremendous development from the moment man left the savannah and moved closer to water.

Fish suddenly became an important source of nutrition and we consumed far more fish fatty acids than before. The higher doses of DHA put us at the top of the food chain.

Omega 3 is an essential building block for your brain. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA or 250 mg of EPA/DHA. These are legally approved health claims. The omega 3 oil is rich in natural omega-3 fatty acids, and is free of heavy metals (these are laboratory tested at each production), contains no antibiotics and no hormones. It is made from 100% wild Arctic cod, sustainably caught in northern Norway. This fish oil has a low oxidation rate which prevents belching and contains omega-3 fatty acids in their natural triglyceride form for better absorption in the body. In addition, cod oil is odorless when processed.
