Healthy bars that you can easily make yourself!

Sometimes you feel like something delicious, but you also want to give your body something nutritious. Then these healthy bars are perfect! 

With these chocolate bars you can of course vary endlessly in terms of filling. Different nuts, seeds and pits or dried fruit, it's all possible!

Ingredients of the healthy bars

450 gr dark chocolate
2 tbsp coconut oil (+ possibly ½ tsp to grease with)
2 corn wafers
25 gr puffed quinoa
30 gr puffed buckwheat
20 gr goji berries
20 gr dried red fruit
75 gr walnuts
30 gr nut mix
20 gr coconut flakes
20 gr dried cranberries
10 gr seeds and kernels
1 tbsp rose petals

Instructions for making healthy strips

  1. Break the chocolate and corn wafers into pieces;
  2. Grease a silicone baking pan for strips very lightly with some melted coconut oil or baking spray;
  3. Melt the chocolate together with 2 tbsp coconut oil au bain marie, keep stirring well in between;
  4. Then mix all the dry ingredients into the melted chocolate and divide among the baking pan;
  5. Press the mixture firmly with the rounded side of a teaspoon and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
