Easy breakfast: chia pudding
You can probably make this chia pudding in the evening. Then all you have to do in the morning is add some yummy toppings, so you'll have a healthy breakfast in no time! Chia pudding can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, so it's ideal for meal prep.
Requirements per serving
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp raw cacao powder (rich in antioxidants!)
- 150 ml of vegetable milk
- toppings of your choice
Preparation
- Mix with the chia seeds with the raw cocoa powder and add vegetable milk of your choice;
- Stir well and refrigerate overnight;
- Add fresh fruit and some nuts, seeds or coconut rind in the morning and enjoy!
Tip: for extra protein, add a scoop of protein powder at step 1!
