Vitamin D is also known as the "sunshine vitamin" and is produced when our skin comes in contact with sunlight. Vitamin D supports the body's defenses and helps maintain strong bones. It also plays a role in maintaining smooth and strong muscles and supports the teeth.

How much vitamin D do I need per day?
We recommend 75 mag of vitamin D3 per day.
When to choose drops and when to choose capsules?
If you choose capsules, we always recommend taking vitamin D with a high-fat meal so that the vitamin can be properly absorbed. If this is not possible, go for drops. For children, we always recommend drops because this is finer to swallow than a capsule.
Can I ingest too much vitamin D?
An excess of vitamins and minerals is never good. If you stick to the guideline of 75 mag per day it is good and always consult with a therapist if you have questions. Especially when you have deficiencies it is nice to seek advice from one of our therapists.
