Fine pills (a bit on the large side though). I don't suffer from this myself but I can imagine them being a bit on the large side for some people. Come in a glass jar instead of plastic. Super!

I have been using this product for several years and am still very satisfied. My symptoms such as dizziness and fatigue are much reduced. It contains all the ingredients I was looking for but in 1 tablet, super easy!
