1 scoop per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Take 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal.

Dissolve 1 scoop in a glass of water daily. Good solubility (in cold beverages). The measuring spoon of the collagen says 15, which means 15 ml (volume measure). 15 ml corresponds to the 7.5 grams of collagen.

What is collagen?

Collagen is the most abundant endogenous protein in the world. It represents as much as 30% of all proteins in the human body. In both humans and animals, collagen is found in the skin, muscles, bones, blood vessels, connective tissue and organs. It is therefore an important protein.

It contains vitamin C, which is important for the formation of collagen which keeps the skin firm.
