What is Magnesium Bisglycinate?

Magnesium bisglycinate is a compound between the mineral magnesium and two molecules of the amino acid glycine. It is a suitable magnesium form to support mental resilience. Accordingly, scientific research shows that the mineral is good for brain-related functions such as concentration, memory, mood and mental energy.

Magnesium supports not only several important psychological but also physical processes. The mineral helps to maintain normal muscle function and ensures the proper functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium also helps to release energy from the diet and thus to reduce fatigue and tiredness.

Als ik deze magnesium Bisglycinaat voor het slapen niet inneem, merk ik het de volgende ochtend meteen. Krijg anders last van kuit krampen.
Heb van meedere merken geprobeert, maar deze van Charlotte Labee bevalt mij het beste!
