Dosage

1-2 capsule(s) daily with meals. Adhere to the recommended dosage.
Time of ingestion: with meals.

• To be taken during any time in your cycle and menopause.

• Vitex agnus castus may lower the effectiveness of the birth control pill. Do not take a higher daily dose than recommended on the supplement package.
