Why the basic supplement package for women?
Starting at puberty, the hormones estrogen and progesterone play an important role in the female body: namely, they determine a woman's cycle and fertility. During this cycle, the need for vitamins and minerals can vary greatly. For example, during menstruation there is an extra need for iron, and vitamin B6 helps maintain a healthy hormone balance.
During the menopause, estrogen production decreases and there is an increased risk of osteoporosis and mental imbalance, which can be taken care of by supplementing with the right nutrients (think magnesium and vitamin D). Especially for this purpose, we have created a supplement pack for women that contains the most important nutrients to keep the body healthy and strong.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. Would you like to order something and have it delivered to another country? Then contact us for the possibilities!
When will my order be shipped?
For orders placed before noon, we try to process and ship the same day. So delivery will usually be 1-2 business days later. Do you place an order over the weekend? Then we will process it the next business day.
We ship with PostNL and upon shipment you will receive a track & trace code from us so you can track your package.
If you are not at home, the parcel will be offered again. It will then be delivered to a pick-up location.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands we use 2 different shipping rates €4,95 for a package €2,95 for products that fit through the mailbox, such as books. FREE shipping for orders over €40,-.
In Belgium, shipping costs are €4.95 for a book and €6.95 for a package.
In Europe, shipping costs are €12.95.
Outside Europe, shipping costs are €24.95.
Are you ordering a book and something else from the store? Then it will be sent together as a parcel.
Can I return my order?
Return conditions
You have the right to revoke the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period expires 14 days after the day you take physical possession of the good.
