- 100 gr oatmeal
- 40 gr raisins
- 4 pitted soft dates
- 3 eggs
- 1 ripe banana
- 60 gr protein powder
- 60 gr coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1.5 tbsp. cinnamon
- 0.5 bag of baking powder
