What is protein powder?

I use this protein powder for extra recovery after illness and rehabilitation. I mix 1 scoop of powder with a large glass of water. I understand the comments below, it is not tasty but fine. I notice that I have more energy and recover faster after training/hiking.

Is probably healthy but that vanilla flavor is not to be contained

I have already tried everything to get it in, even in a smoothie with very strong flavors like lemon, ginger that vanilla flavor comes out on top. I really hate it. I prefer a neutral flavor. Really a pity because I have all this powder here....

Tip: use daily in buttermilk or kefir

Mixing the protein powder with buttermilk or kefir makes a tasty yogurt drink. It's really good to drink! Dilute with a little water if necessary.
I use a full scoop of egg white powder in a cup of kefir to supplement the protein I get through food.
