What is Magnesium Bisglycinate?
Magnesium bisglycinate is a compound between the mineral magnesium and two molecules of the amino acid glycine. It is a suitable magnesium form to support mental resilience. Accordingly, scientific research shows that the mineral is good for brain-related functions such as concentration, memory, mood and mental energy.
