Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 200 gr cherries (frozen)
  • 200 gr precooked beets
  • 100 ml almond milk, unsweetened
  • Toppings such as blueberries, puffed quinoa, cacoanibs, nuts, seeds and kernels


How to make this smoothie bowl?
1. Mix all the ingredients (except the toppings) in a large bowl and use a hand blender to make this into a smooth but slightly "solid" substance;
2. Divide the smoothie between 2 bowls and top with different toppings of your choice!
