With a combination of hemp seeds and sesame seeds, these bars can rightly be called Brain Food Bars! In fact, hemp seeds are a source of protein and are also high in potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and zinc.
The fats in sesame seeds have a positive effect on hormone balance. And did you know that tahini is also made from sesame seeds? These bars will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months, but they probably won't survive that long.....
