1 scoop per day. Adhere to the recommended dosage. Take 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal.

Dissolve 1 scoop in a glass of water daily. Freely soluble (in cold beverages). The measuring spoon of the collagen says 15, which means 15 ml (volume measure). 15 ml corresponds to the 7.5 grams of collagen.

Tastes good

I was looking for a collagen that mixes well with the egg white lemonade that jk drink. It tastes good, which is what you want if you want to keep it sustainable. Price is pretty high though.

Relax A Busy Mind

Great!!!

I often use it in busy times before I go to sleep,and sleep wonderfully because of it.
But also give it to my father-in-law who can be a bit dejected in the winter months and he really notices a difference.

Cocoa mix

I am using it for the first time. I had to get used to the taste because I expected more choco. But it is tasty. I expect this to give me more rest and focus during the day and keep me feeling fit. And I like the variety with matcha.
